Our client was facing a disorderly conduct case, a civil order for protection case, and a second criminal case alleging that he violated the order for protection that was obtained against him by his live-in girlfriend.  Our firm successfully negotiated for a complete dismissal of the order for protection case.  Following the dismissal of the order for protection, the disorderly conduct case was dismissed, and the client entered a plea of guilty under a stay of adjudication in the violation of an order for protection case.  In that case, the client was placed on unsupervised probation, with no jail or any other sanctions, including no fine or financial consequence of any kind.  So long as the client has no same or similar offenses on probation, the plea will be withdrawn and the case will be dismissed.  In the end, the client will have obtained complete dismissals in all three cases.
