During the pendency of the college’s investigation, the complaining party withdrew her complaint against our client.

Our client was accused of sexual assault by a fellow student at a private liberal arts college in Minnesota. Our firm hired a private investigator, who obtained useful statements from numerous other students. In advance of the scheduled hearing, the complaining party sought to resolve the matter by an informal resolution. Our client did not face any academic or disciplinary consequences as a result of the case.
