Our client was charged with DWI after being arrested by the Minnesota State Patrol.  After reviewing the police reports and audio-video evidence, David filed a motion to dismiss the case based on a lack of probable cause to proceed to trial.  This type of a motion is a pretrial tool available to the defense when the State does not have sufficient evidence to require a person to stand trial.  Based on David’s work, the prosecutor dismissed the case.
