The Crystal Police Department stopped the client’s car while it was parked “suspiciously” outside of an auto parts store. The officers then called for a drug detection canine and subsequently seized suspected methamphetamine from the vehicle. The police served the client with a forfeiture notice for over $5,000 in cash the client had on his person. As a result of Adam’s work on the case, the client was never charged and all of his money was returned to him by court order.
