Late in the night, the client was forcibly removed from a hotel room in Minneapolis for creating a disturbance. The client was escorted out of the hotel and allegedly assaulted a security officer in the elevator of the hotel. The Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office charged the client with fifth-degree assault. Before trial, Adam was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the case. The client was then entitled to a total expungement of all records relating to the case.
