Charges Dismissed in Alcohol and Drug DWI Case in Scott County

Our client was charged with fourth degree DWI in Scott County for allegedly driving under the influence of a narcotic and alcohol. At a contested hearing, Adam argued that the stop of the client’s car was unlawful. The district court agreed, suppressed the evidence and dismissed the case in its entirety. The client was then eligible to have a total expungement of all records relating to the case.
