Our client was charged with domestic assault in Hennepin County following an incident with his partner.  Our firm conducted a thorough review of the State’s discovery, and deployed a private investigator to interview the alleged victim.  During the interview, the alleged victim recanted her statement.  We provided a written transcript of the statement to the prosecutor, who then dismissed the case in its entirety.
