Our client was charged with felony domestic assault and misdemeanor domestic assault in Scott County.  Our firm successfully moved the district court to examine certain records held by a non-profit agency that was communicating with the alleged victim.  The district court ruled that the records should be turned over to the defense.  Despite conflicting statements by the alleged victim, the case was set for trial.  On the day scheduled for the first day of trial, the prosecution dismissed all charges.
