The client was charged with Possessing a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree after methamphetamine was discovered in his motorcycle saddle bag during a search by law enforcement. Ultimately, the court agreed that the officer’s search was illegal. The evidence was suppressed and the second degree controlled substance conviction was dismissed.
