The client was banned from possessing firearms for the rest of his life due to several crimes of violence on his criminal history. David petitioned the Wright County District Court to reinstate the client’s right to possess firearms. The petition explained in detail all of the positive aspects of the client’s life and his subsequent rehabilitative efforts. After a hearing was held and witnesses testified on the client’s behalf the district court reinstated the client’s right to possess a firearm.
