Following an alleged domestic incident at his home and a subsequent arrest by multiple police officers, our client was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault, felony domestic assault, and two counts of felony assault on a police officer.  Our attorneys put substantial time into the case before trial, investigated the facts, and advanced legal theories in support or our client’s innocence.  After nearly two years of litigation, the prosecution decided to dismiss all charges in the case.
