The client was arrested by the police following a fight at a Minneapolis night club and charged with misdemeanor assault. There was video footage from the bar and squad video that made the case an uphill battle to defend. Nevertheless, in the end Adam was able to convince the prosecutors to dismiss the case. The client was then entitled to a full expungement of all records.
