Our client was on probation in Ramsey County for a felony stalking crime.  During probation, a probation officer and law enforcement officers executed a search at our client’s home and alleged that they discovered firearms, which was a violation of the client’s probation.  The probation office wanted the client to serve 90 days in jail for the violation.  Adam conducted an investigation into the matter, advised the client on the best steps to take to fight the allegations, and prepared for a hearing. The probation violation was eventually withdrawn and the client was reinstated on probation.
