Probation violations were alleged against a client who received a stay of adjudication on a child pornography charge. The client faced a conviction of the offense, prison, and registration as a predatory offender. Probation alleged he did not comply with his conditions of probation by failing a polygraph examination in his treatment program. David launched an investigation into the matter, advised the client on the best steps to take to fight the allegations, and explained probation’s errors to the County Attorney’s Office at several court appearances. The probation violation was eventually withdrawn and the client was reinstated on probation.
