Theft by Swindle Charge Dismissed

Our client was charged with Theft by Swindle following allegations that he stole from his employer. Prior to the second pretrial hearing, the prosecution dismissed the case. The client was then eligible for a statutory expungement of the records related to his investigation and court proceedings.
