The client was accused of stealing from a Kohl’s in Bloomington. She was not a citizen and was concerned about the consequences of a conviction. A continuance for dismissal was bargained for by David on the client’s behalf. The case was dismissed after a year. David then pursued and obtained a full expungement for the client.
