Theft Charges Continued for Dismissal in Ramsey County

The client was accused of stealing from a grocery store in Ramsey County. She was concerned about the consequences of a conviction with regard to her nursing license. David sought and obtained a continuance for dismissal for the client at her first appearance. The case was dismissed after a year.
