David Lundgren’s client faced third degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Ramsey County.  Understanding that sex crimes mandate immediate defense action, Mr. Lundgren launched a thorough and meticulous defense investigation.  He utilized the services of an expert sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE), a computer forensic expert to preserve and catalogue cell phone evidence, a psychological expert to provide background and insight into the alleged victim’s unusual conduct, and a private investigator to help uncover additional favorable facts.  Mr. Lundgren simultaneously conducted an exhaustive search of all available evidence in the matter, which was voluminous and occupied 100’s of gigabytes of digital data.
