Winona County Expungement of Four Felony Theft Counts

After assisting in the successful defense of one of three codefendants and obtaining a dismissal of multiple counts of theft involving tens of thousands of dollars, David sought and obtained the Winona County Attorney’s agreement for a full expungement of the client. The agreement was presented to the district court and the full expungement was granted.
