Our client was charged with wrongfully obtaining employment benefits, a felony. The client’s case was continued for dismissal. After one year, the case was dismissed in its entirety. We then filed a petition for expungement in the district court, which was granted. Under the order, all records relating to the client’s arrest and court proceedings were sealed.
