Our client was charged with wrongfully obtaining unemployment benefits, a felony. The case was continued for dismissal for one year. After the passage of one year, the case was dismissed in its entirety. We then filed a petition for expungement in the district court, which was granted. Under the order, all records relating to the client’s arrest and court proceedings were sealed.
